Artisan Beekeepers Producing Award-Winning Honey
Following our passion for beekeeping since 2016
We’re John and Linda Moroz, the founders of MOREROSES Honey. We have been proudly producing award-winning honey since 2016. As artisan producers of bee products, we are involved in every aspect of our business from bee husbandry, to harvesting, processing, packing and point of sale.
Our journey into Beekeeping began in early 2016 as we were approaching retirement and looking for a new adventure. After a great deal of research and conversations with Ontario Beekeepers, we decided to follow our passion for Beekeeping. We now have over 150 hives located across Trent Hills, Ontario and surrounding area.
All of our products are unpasteurized and made with a process that minimizes heat treatment and high-pressure mechanical filtering, ensuring that the natural health benefits remain within our honey. Our products include Golden and White Honey, Creamed Honey, and a variety of specialty honeys. Also available is our award-winning beeswax.

EXPERIENCES
Information Session with the Beekeepers
Experience runs from June 1st – September 30th
Did you know that a single beehive has up to 60,000 bees and that all the worker bees are female? Join Beekeepers John and Linda for an informative and interactive session about the amazing life of a honeybee. You will taste MOREROSES honey from a real honeycomb, sample several types of honey and take home four 45ml jars of honey. Light coloured clothing is suggested and no perfumes/scents should be worn. Note – we will not be in the bee yard, but it will be nearby. The experience runs 60 to 90 minutes and is $15 per person with a minimum booking of two people. Call or email for reservations.

It is truly fascinating! For safety reasons you will be provided with a bee suit and gloves to wear during the tour. Please wear above ankle boots or shoes (rubber boots are ideal). Also, no perfumes/scents should be worn. The experience runs one hour and is $60.00 per person with a minimum booking of two people. Call or email for reservations.
