This product is a blend of our previously creamed honey and our golden honey. Raw honey naturally crystalizes and our creamed honey is a very finely crystalized product. It is not heat treated or micro filtered and retains all the health benefits of the honey it is made with. This honey has a slightly sweeter taste and because it is solid it is easily spreadable.
