Produced by our bees in late summer and early fall, this honey is from the nectar of golden rod, aster, and a host of fall flowers. Its flavour is rich and full-bodied, and very aromatic. Golden and dark honeys are richer in antioxidants and anti-inflammatories. We use this in many specialty honeys including our creamed, creamed cinnamon and chili honey. It is excellent on toast and adds a distinctive flavour to any recipe.
