A natural honey made by the bees collecting nectar from spring and early summer flowers on plants and trees. It includes flowers such as dandelion, clover, alfalfa, trefoil, basswood, catalpa, flowering pear, locust, sumac, purple loosestrife, and a host of flowers in the garden.
